Great Location

Great place to stay! Breakfast was delicious and the wine hour was an unexpected surprise. The cookies were delicious. The bed was super comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. The whole place was extremely charming.

Garrison and the staff were very friendly, the inn is super to the close to the ferry, ocean, and resteraunts in town. Basically feels like staying in someone's house, they take amazing care of you, highly recommended.

Sabrina and the rest of the Avonlea staff were incredible. We were the only people booked for the Blue Dori inn, so they asked for f we wouldn’t mind moving over to the Avonlea. Still had a water view, and we had a great experience.

My husband and I stayed recently and loved the inn. Our check was easy, the staff communicated via text to let us know our room was ready. We arrived via the Ferry therefore no parking issues but walking the properly we could see there was plenty of space to park. We enjoyed the wine and cheese. It was a nice way to meet the other guests. We spent time at Captain Nicks just steps from the Inn as well as the Yellow Kittens and McAloons( Irish Pub). We did not have breakfast at the inn as we were out for a walk. We will definitely stay at the Blue Dory again. We highly recommend if you are visiting Block Island.
