「The hotel is beautiful and the location is great if you have a car, otherwise is like a mile walk to public transport, you will be up charged for everything, valet parking ( only option) resort fee, even the bottle water in the room is not complimentary, couple restaurants at the property, the breakfast is very good but lunch and dinner not great, the restaurant employees are great special mention to Fernando ( great guy)」

「Nuestra llegada al hotel fue antes del check in y queríamos aprovechar el tiempo al máximo, cuando nos acercamos a la recepción para solicitar informes de los tours que podíamos hacer a esa hora, el personal era muy tajante en que necesitaba que estuviéramos todos los huéspedes para dar cualquier tipo de información. Ya que revisaron que efectivamente teníamos reservación con ellos, le insistimos en que solo necesitábamos informes de los tours para aprovechar el día y para cualquier pregunta que...

「Estuvimos 6 dias en Lagarta Lodge y nos la pasamos super bien.... no habia visto personal tan amable como en este hotel la verdad, muy serviciales, la comida es restaurante super bien preparada, riquisima la verdad mis felicitaciones al Chef que tienen.... fue una estadia espectacular la verdad mis hijos, mi esposa y su servidor nos la pasamos super bien...excelente e inigualable experiencia, regresaria sin dudarlo, lo mejor de nuestro viaje de 2 semanas a Costa Rica ....mis felicitaciones a...
