"We really Enjoyed our stay at Los Arcos! We had a balcony it was large & breathtaking! Everyplace so close especially the Beach!! Perfect location! The employees were awesome! Alfredo the bell man friendly & informative, Maribel our housekeeper was very attentive! I also had a massage at the spa Belen was exceptional not my 1st rodeo but honestly one of the Best massages ever!!! I Would definitely recommend staying there & looking forward to coming back!...."

"Despite one small hiccup, our stay was satisfactory. The staff was attentive, cooperative, and went above and beyond to help whenever needed. The check-in experience was better due to Expedia, and handled satisfactorily by Gudalepae and Hector. The bars provided enough options to relax and quench our thirst. Overall, it was a good break and a pleasant experience. We appreciated the efforts of the staff and their willingness to make our stay comfortable."

"Velas is a beautiful resort. The staff has always been helpful and very friendly. Fun activities and nightly shows along with good food with themed dinners. There is a nice and clean gym that has the basics for a good workout. The rooms are comfortable and relaxing. We have stayed here many times and will continue to return."

"This property is centrally located and is within walking distance to downtown PV. It has the best buffet breakfast bar in town. Great views of the ocean and has two large pools. The staff are attentive to the needs of its guests and always friendly. This property is well maintained and managed."
