My experience here was great! The staff are so kind and helpful, they’re passionate about their jobs and were amazing to talk to. One pool was closed, but not an issue as the other 2 were running efficiently. Amazing food, great location, perfect resort!

Overall it was a decent stay. I wish they would have told me the main pool was going to be under construction pretty much my whole stay. The food was not the best, tho they did try to make it fun and festive. It’s a great family resort just wish they had better quality food and alcohol. I had a leaky pipe I told several staff about and nothing was ever done about it. Over all it is a decent place just needs major facelift. Good location lots of walkable places to eat drink and shop.

Usually stay at Buena Ventura but couldn't get a room for all nights so tried here instead. Check in was a nightmare. Black mold in shower. Room was not even cleaned on 2 days. Sink leaked sending water onto the floor. For some reason AC got up to 78 degrees. Couldn't get anyone to look at it until the next evening. Miserable in 95 degree weather. Bar tenders were great. Hostess at main restaurant was nice. Buffet was just so-so.

Amazing stay!! Beautiful view from the room. Wonderful service! The only thing was kidsclub wasnt open that long each day-which would be great to be out of the sun during the hot day. Delicious food!
