Amazing resort with amazing staff and the most awesome amenities. There was so much to do. The views were unbelievable. The food was delicious. We even saw whales from our room. My family and I will absolutely be returning to the Hilton in Puerto Vallarta. Amazing staff and the entire resort was spotless. Buffet had different variety daily.

Staff was great service was awesome. Some of the staff that stood out were Seferino the waiter in the lobby. Blanca the events person and Donovan the waiter in the steakhouse. They were great and all went well on our vacation. We appreciate all of our service on our stay. We will be back.
