We have a good time to the hotel but what I didn’t like don’t know what was but we got a lot of bites. Maybe some flies in the room or bugs we don’t know exactly but when we wake up, we have a lot of marks on the skin.

The volume of sound for poolside activities seemed distracting especially the amount of dialogue which also was difficult to understand.. the amount of folks involved in these activities doesn’t warrant the sound system. Checking in and out folks were great. Food service personnel were very attentive . Specialty restaurant experience was very good.

You couldn’t take food from the buffet, we had a child that got hurt and couldn’t walk we wanted a snack for them we were denied all they wanted was some croissants and fruit. Very limited room service menu and the food came cold or incorrect. Snack bar service was very very slow and the food options were not appealing. The wood fired pizzas were often raw due to the amount of toppings piled on. All we wanted was chips with guacamole or a salsa, or a plate of nachos for a light snack, never had any the entire trip. Only got into 2 restaurants both were below average. The Premium Lounge was not premium at all, save your money. The snacks offers were picked over/empty. They wanted you to sit in the small room to have your drinks or you had to have your own plastic cup to take out a drink. Our room had dirty robes in the closet, and was extremely dusty. You couldn’t get food pool side, you had to go to either the buffet or the snack bar. Pool side drinks took forever to be delivered or they were forgotten all together.

Great resort for families, ver y clean with outstanding service. The food was ok and kept having issues with internet and tv in the room. Lots of the door and bathroom hardware was loose and falling apart.
