「歩いていると声をかけてくれたり、対応も丁寧で、スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でした。英語が不得意な私でも困ることはなく、快適なホテルステイとなりました。 レストランは種類がとても豊富で、選ぶのに困るほど。行ったところはどこも美味しくて大満足です。 是非また利用したいです。」

「Room was large and clean. Even though it was an older facility the kept it well maintained and kept clean. Customer service was outstanding. Loretta, Vanessa, Deidra, Deborah and many of the other employees went above and beyond to make sure that the guess we’re happy. Food was awesome. The resort provided free access to Dr Cave Beach that was right across the street Will definitely stay there again in the future. For the low price I did not expect the awesome quality of service. 」

「The staff were kind and approachable, the breakfast was good, the room was nice a big and all the rooms has sea view, However, the T.V did work in any of the rooms, the swimming pool was maintained and wasn’t accessible. The shower was old and no hot water. Overall, the hold building needs refurbishment to bring it back to the lovely Relax Resort that I remember from over the years.👍😊」

「滞在は、まずまず快適でしたが、食事にバラエティがなく残念でした。和食のレストランがありましたが、全くダメで、海外の方にあれが日本料理と思われるのが悲しいと思いました。」

「The property was well kept, and the beach was the main attraction which it did not disappoint. It was absolutely beautiful and the highlight of our trip. My only suggestion would be to improve the reservations for restaurants. It is not efficient.」

「繁華街までは少しあるものの無料往復シャトルも毎日あり、施設には芝生の広大な庭や小さなプールやバーなどがあり、落ち着いて過ごせます。スタッフの対応も温かいです。」

「静で眺めもいいしもちろんSUNSET含め海とずっと遊べてとてもいい感じのホテルでした。あとホテルが経営してる迎いのイタリアンレストラン"Ciao Jamaica"はPIZZAもPASTAも本格イタリアンで味は最高、値段は平均（JAPANESE THINKING) もちろんここのホテルに泊まらなくても入れますのでNEGRILに行った際には是非!!」
