「Rated 4 stars based on the following: The room, we had a swim out suite, is definitely 5 star as is the resort staff. The gym and hydrotherapy were also 5 star. My wife had a 3 star experience at the spa - mine was 4 star. Where things broke down was in the food department and the party culture. The food was 3 stars at best, staff is amazing and attentive, but the food just was not that good. 「I was charge for staying at this resort and that was not true. Cool I went to the resort and I was deny access and my reservation was canceled and then I was denying getting a refund. I am still investigating」
