「Such a nice stay at windfall Villas, Mel was great and always able to get us to anywhere at almost anytime we needed. It was beautiful and peaceful at the property. Would highly recommend to anyone checking out Montego Bay. Think twice begore trying drive here. In my opinion this is one dangerous place to drive unless you’ve driven here before. Mel made this part of our trip completely safe. 」

「From check in to check out everything went smoothly. Staff at check in and the restaraunt was very friend and extremely professional. Shanoy at the restaraunt exceptionally accomodating by dropping off a breakfast menu to our room because we couldnt down liaf the app. Property is clean, well maintained and beautiful. 「The hotel was nice and clean with a beautiful view of the sea. We stayed one night to be close to the airport. The staff this is a locally owned hotel and it runs on a small staff. The only issue was the missing window at the top which caused a constant gust of wind which caused a vacuum effect with the curtains so they kept being su ked out the window at the top although a bit concerning it was not a huge issue. 「Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and the food was amazing! Odaine from the mombay restaurant was an excellent waiter so happy and always treated us great and Ashanti also in the Bombay for breakfast was excellent waitress so happy to serve us! The cleaning lady for 2734 was great our room was always clean and fresh and the fridge was always stocked never had to ask for anything. Such a great staff!」
