「No complaints about any of it. Food portions are very generous and priced well.」

「The rain shower head did not work. Had to shower using the hand held wand. Also the safe had to be worked on by the staff before we could use. This was room 40. The bar was very good. The bartender who worked the afternoon shift on Sunday was very attentive.」

「Keep up the great work」

「I liked everything! Freendly staff, the beach a paradise. I will come again!」

「Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning.」

「I stayed there twice in about 2 months, everything about it is perfect; location, beachfront, staff, room was clean with daily housekeeping if you want it, the food at their restaurant is great. They have a sister property on the cliffs, so you can go there too to relax. I love Negril and I love Charela. I will stay there over and over.」

「The beach chairs with umbrella were nice. The beachfront is mellow and clean.」
