「The Grand Palladium and Lady Hamilton Resort is stunning! It’s well maintained and the staff is nice. We stayed in a Bungalow at the Signature Room, which has upgraded amenities, a private pool, and private beach access, with welcome and departure gifts. The ocean view balcony has a stunning view. The room could use some TLC-the tv was in and out, the mattresses are hard, and we had to call maintenance a couple times. 「The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.」
