"Not impressed with the buffet 6/10"

"Chambre vue mer 425, terrible odeur durant 4 jours. Malgré plusieurs avis c’est mon conjoint qui a trouvé le problème et il a du insister pour que quelqu’un vienne enfin régler la chose. Un simple tuyeau sous l’évier avait besoin de colle…. Les meubles de terrasse sont usée et il ya de la moisissure sur tout les cadres et les abats jour. Notre chambre était situé derrière la piscine animée !!! Préparer vous pas moyen de se reposer…. Prévoyez donner du pourboire pour vos chaises de plage. Les live guard mettent des serviettes pour qu’on croit que les chaises ne sont pas libre et ainsi se rendre indispensables…$$$ les serviettes un autre histoire. Apportez vous des débarbouillettes car le service des serviettes est terrible. Mini bar juste de la bière …"

"Property is beautiful and on the beach! Staff is very friendly. Safe location and the staff makes sure you aren't bothered on the beach. Stayed multiple times and always a good experience."

"When I was there the staff were not happy to be there. 2 of the three restaurants were closed two nights so to staffing issues. We had reservations for dinner and when arrived they were canceled without notice. The last day there did get better but definitely something going on with the staffing."

"My stay at Legends was ok. The staff was welcoming & accommodating. There was a small issue with a comforter (after using a black light) but that was handled immediately and I was given a fresh one straight out of the dryer. The location is 10/10. I would skip the All Inclusive option because options are limited (both food & drink wise) within it. I ended up eating off of the resort more often than not. The food is good most days but there are plenty of places (street or restaurant) on the beach & right outside the resort. There are corner stores, restaurants, clubs, bars, souvenir shops and more as little as 2mins & as long as or less than a 10 min walk away. The resort as a whole is kept pretty clean; that being said, you can tell that this is a small Mom & Pop boutique resort. The main thing that makes me hesitant returning are the towels. SOME of the towels are…..less than desirable. Outside of that I had a pretty good time. The beach was beautiful & the location in general is excellent."

"We had a positively wonderful stay at the Cliff Hotel. We hated to leave the property as it was so nice. Julian, our butler, was absolutely the best! She was so attentive and helped us arrange transportation, meals, etc. And she went the extra mile to make our stay memorable with special touches. My only suggestion might be to add a more casual type snack bar to grab a sandwich and a coffee, etc. Otherwise, it was perfect!"

"Rondel was a great choice for us. It’s not glitzy, but had everything we needed. It’s close to a grocery store and there are tons of restaurants nearby while walking 7 mile beach. The on site restaurant was really good. Employees who stood out were the bartender, DelRoy, lifeguard Duran and housekeepers Melissa and Donna. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Great beach!"
