「Fantastic private beach and infinity pool. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. Beautiful trees provide shade on the beach and there are plenty of lounge chairs. In mid April we often shared the beach/pool with only a handful of people. Unit was very comfortable, lovely master bedroom and bath facing Oceanside, comfortable king bed. Nice breeze on spacious deck. Unit is well located in the community, beside the main beach/pool」

「The villa is amazing, beautiful lay out, with the most amazing staff! BJ, Chef Skyjuice, Michelle, and Samantha took wonderful care of our group! One of our friends had an injury on day one requiring a trip to the hospital, the staff handled the situation calmly, gave great recommendations, and were there with us throughout the process. The beach is beautiful! The sunsets were amazing. BJ took part of the group on a kayak tour of the bay, and it was phenomenal. Chef Skyjuice had amazing dinner...

「I loved the one bedroom apartment located downstairs with a large bedroom that had a comfortable and clean king size bed. I loved the air conditioning through out the apartment. Beautiful large windows to let sun in if desired or keep it close and use light throughout. Well lit inside and out. Easy code access, no physical keys to loose. Wash & dryer room. Powerful shower. Complete kitchen with open dining to seat 4 or more. Excellent choice in color scheme for decor. Really lovely and peaceful...

「We had a fantastic stay at Imperial Topaz at Richmond and would definitely recommend it. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and presented to a high standard, making it feel like a home away from home. All the amenities were excellent and everything worked as expected. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast and reliable—I was even able to play online games without any issues. The location is another big plus....
