「There was no hot water in the shower, no lights in the hallway, bathroom sink or kitchen, the kitchen stove did not work and was rusted, there was a broken washing machine in the kitchen, no lights in the bathroom (I had to take a cold shower in the dark), the patio door didn't lock, the air conditioners filter was completely clogged. 「This property is quite nice, the location is perfect for the strip, the direction using Mobay club is not the best one to use that makes the property hard to find. In the en-suite the shower was broken very little water and timescale filled, balcony doors did not close with a lock and found roaches in the cupboard. 」

「This is really 2 bedrooms and a hallway with access to a basic open kitchenette. Hot water and AC are good and access to beach around the corner is very convenient. Ok accommodations for a night or 2 but def not a "villa" experience. (Take your own towels). Greeter was helpful and pleasant」
