「The apartment itself was clean. The check in was easy. There is a man on the property who helps and gives you the keys. My first issue was the pool. 「The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again」

「Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in.」

「There was some issue i didn't appreciate. My partner and i stayed for 5 nights. Having to reach out first to get information on how to access the property was the first issue. I arrived after 1pm. Checked in is 3pm yet the host wanted us to wait until after 4pm when she was finished with her doctor's appointment. Which was inconvenient for us. My partner ended up meeting with her to collect the keys. Upon getting to the apartment the TV was not working. We didnt have a TV to watch for two days....
