「Aesthetically, this villa is beautiful and has a lot of potential. However, for the price paid, the experience fell below my expectations. There are several upgrades and repairs clearly needed — and I understand that improvements are in progress.During our stay, we experienced several issues: no hot water in some showers, the pool and jacuzzi required maintenance upon arrival, AC issues in the Puss House, electrical malfunctions in the Dog House, a missing bathroom door handle in the Octopus...

「The property was clean and everything was as advertised. The check-in process was seamless as detailed instructions were provided and the security team was expecting and very welcoming. Video instructions was a welcome touch. Our host was very responsive and we would definitley return if we are in the area. Some attractions offer pick up from the location - another plus.」
