「The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. 「My stay at Casa Princess was too short. Ms. Powell was very nice. The property was quiet and well organized, not to mention very sanitary. Everything was fairly new. Maybe we'll book it next time.」

「The staff (Chef Tony, Sandra, John’s, and Tifari) were great, they took such good care of us. My only constructive comment is that the lounge chairs by the pool all need to be replaced, as many of them are broken, also the kayak and paddle board should be replaced as they’ve seen better days.」

「The property was clean and everything was as advertised. The check-in process was seamless as detailed instructions were provided and the security team was expecting and very welcoming. Video instructions was a welcome touch. Our host was very responsive and we would definitley return if we are in the area. Some attractions offer pick up from the location - another plus.」
