I like this property it has so much potential, but it needs a little work. I think the owners should allow a lease of the room where someone can invest in fixing up the rooms and rent it for the market price and pay the owner what the normally would charge. The rooms are so spacious and roomy and the view is a amazing! I would suggest not taking the breakfast plan because it's only coffee tea and breads are provided. Staff are very pleasant and accommodating. I would stay here again because the price is

The hotel is very run down. There is no computer to assist with speedy check in. The front desk attendant had to call someone who could give details about my last minute reservation. The hotel seems to bring in locals who rent the spaces. It's located on the oceanfront but the hotel is dated ... a little grimy, dated furniture... no frills spot. The bed linens were not spotless. Pros- the wifi television and the AC. The floors seemed spotless/dustless.

Large rooms with two double beds, desk, chairs, dresser, and cupboards with large balconies, and close to the ocean. Rooms have AC, WiFi and TVs. It only fails to get 5 stars due lack of refinements (e.g. kettle and fridge) but the rooms and price and proximity to shops, restaurants, and Jamaican fast food restaurants (e.g. Island Grill and Mothers) mean a well deserved 4-star rating by me.

The thing I appreciated most was the courtesy of the staff. From the front desk to the housekeepers. Only complaint is breakfast could be a 'solid', for the lack of a better word. Instead of just coffee and toast. Eggs fried or boiled. Or calaloo , saltfish. Nothing expensive. Anyway I enjoyed my stay and have shared my experience with others.

I've read the previous reviews before booking. Honestly you get what you paid for. The place does need renovations but you forget that once you enter your room and see how spacious it is. The view from the balcony is amazing and deserves 5 stars. And the people who said that there are gangs or it's scary are plain insane lol. I felt very safe, yes you get hassled but it's part of being in Jamaica. The staff was very nice and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.
