"Travel from Nashville Tennessee for a 5 day stay, from start to finish the communication was on point. Anything missed was address within a reasonable timeframe.. "This was an absolutely terrible experience, never in my entire life I have been treated like this after spending my money I highly recommend that this person be barred from using this platform for their shady business I was insulted by security guards telling me they are doing me a favor to sort out this woman’s incompetence we weren’t even given a code to enter the house we had to go back to security. "Pros: Beautiful grounds: The resort layout is clean. Pristine beach: The beach is wonderful and free of seaweed. Great activities: The pools, lazy river, and daily app-tracked activities are excellent. Fast check-in: The midday arrival process was quick. Cons: Outdated rooms: Accommodations need remodeling, showing cleanliness issues like stray hairs and cockroaches. Subpar dining: The buffet is repetitive and lukewarm, while à la carte restaurants have long waits and low quality. Restrictive drinks: Premium spirits and light beers cost extra at the bars, and pool cocktails are poorly made. Inconsistent service: Good service and friendliness require heavy daily tipping. Aggressive sales: Staff aggressively push daily timeshare presentations."

"The value is outstanding....alcohol is excellent (drinks on the strip are expensive)...the room is a motel 6...but bathroom very comfortable...we don't stay in the room a lot..AC was solid..beach was beautiful and clean...staff was not rude but not happy...entertainment was solid in the bar...the hostess for entertainment was the happiest staff member there...they only have 1 restaurant that we loved ( Dawn was amazing)...Italian with 7 entree choices....the buffet was ok but it had the food I love...breafast omlet bar with great coffee.....burger at the grill....good bbq chicken...good fruit with bacon......location could not be better for walking wherever you want to go....Ultimate Excursions is the BEST Taxi service(always on time)...do not use the local taxi guys....we used the taxi service a lot....golf at Cinamon Hill was awesome...we played 2 times....We used FAYE Travel insurance ...use What's App to communicate with family back home....bring plenty of $2 bills to tip....they love these bills....I tip before they serve me....it seems to get their attention"

"Room: 3.5⭐️- Pick a treetop deluxe, we stayed in the superior and it was close to the edge and had more noise than I liked but wasn't terrible. Also some rooms have glass windows while some of only screens and wood shudders. All rooms have AC though. Food: 3.5⭐️- Buffet could be hit or miss, breakfast and dinner were generally very good with the Jamaican food being amazing. Skip Italian night though. The Lotus is the better restaurant, as the Chefs choice has an almost identical Chefs menu every night. Bars: 4.5⭐️ - Bars were generally very good, with good pours. Beach: 4.5⭐️- Beach was pretty great, clean water that was generally very clear and super calm waters. Pool: 4⭐️- Small pool which is fine, but limited chairs on the deck. Service: 5⭐️ - The staff is honestly what will bring me back, everyone was so friendly and nice and makes this resort. By the end of the week I knew every bartender and every waiter. They all remembered me and honestly would have some great conversations with them (Shout out to Delroy, Cash, Kirk and Jason). The room was cleaned up by house keeping everyday and they even did a 2nd check around dinner to re-straighten up and restock fridges. At the beach after 11 you would get a flag you could put up for service, it wasn't the fastest but was still very nice and quick enough for us. Entertainment: 4⭐️- Nightly scheduled entertainment, piano Paul is probably the best. Overall: 4.25⭐️"
