The room lacks amenities. A descent sets of pots n pans would be nice. Remove all broken pots n pans including aluminum trays from cupboards. Clean cupboards of droppings from roaches. Fix broken fridge door n spray paint rusty spots. The front n balcony doors needs some loving. A deep cleaning on all the surfaces in n on the property (washroom door n balcony doors) is much needed. Overall, its a great space, however, it has fallen into disrepair n requires care.

The first room wasn't suitable, it had roaches but the next room was better. The cookware wasn't the cleanest so we brought a skillet to cook with, the ceiling fan wouldn't turn off. The beach and location was great, I truly enjoyed that. But I see the same complaints and the response is the same so its safe to say that your not trying to fix any of the concerns and that's unfortunate.

Space was as described. One bedroom with a comfortable bed made up with fresh white linen. Towels and wash cloths in the bathroom were provided however they weren't the best quality with some towels and wash cloths worn and a little dingy/stained. Unfortunately, Wifi was not available and was not fixed/rectified during the stay. Ants and other bugs were present in the kitchen cabinets as we took down dishes to use. Ants were consistently crawling about on the dining table adjacent the kitchen. The accommodations were reasonable for the weekend stay despite the things noted above. I would stay here again without hesitation especially for the price.

My host was excellent, extremely responsive and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and had adequate toiletries and a full kitchen. The overall property is dated, however, some fixing up would bring it back to its former glory. Location 100%. Smack in the middle of Ocho Rios along the beach hip strip and right across from Island Village.

Rooms are extremely old. I booked two one bedroom apartments . My daughter described one of them as visiting with her great great great grandmother...The next room was lacking furniture and had two televisions neither of which worked. One television didn't even have any remote which would work it. This room also had no available outlets for charging devices. Except for in the bathroom every single power outlet was blocked out. The place was just uncomfortable to stay at. I'm very happy that we were only spending the night. Only good thing about this place is its location.....right across from Island Village which has a Starbucks, Margaritaville, and many other restaurants and shops. I do not recommend staying here.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans appartement numéro 14 de cet hôtel et je voulais partager mon expérience. Le rapport qualité-prix est correct, mais il est clair que l'hôtel n'est pas récent et pourrait bénéficier d'une rénovation. J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec le port, ce qui a été pratique pour mon séjour d'une nuit. Cependant, je dois noter que la propreté n'était pas impeccable et que la climatisation centrale, située au-dessus du lit dans la chambre du fond, n'était pas très efficace pour rafraîchir l'ensemble du logement. Il est important de noter que les photos de l'hôtel présentées sur le Web ne reflètent pas tout à fait la réalité, ce qui pourrait donner l'impression d'avoir été floué. Cependant, il ne faut pas perdre de vue qu'on en a pour le prix qu'on paye. Si vous avez un budget serré et que vous cherchez un endroit pratique, cet hôtel pourrait convenir. Néanmoins si vous recherchez un séjour sans mauvaises surprises, vous voudrez peut-être explorer d'autres options."

This place was about one tier above a boom-boom room. It's a severely run down property. No beach view, no balcony, just a first floor dump of worn out furniture and appliances. The room instrance is through street level, shabby doors making it feel easily able to be broken into. The bathroom is old and crusty, the outdoor pool is pitiful, the property grounds are dreary. I checked out early and just took the loss, as it's non refundable for a reason! This is Not a good choice for families, not a good choice for couples or a woman staying alone. Really only the type of place you stay if you literally have no other options for the night. This review is not for management to insincerely respond to, as it's abundantly clear they don't care to fix anything and will continue to lure unsuspecting travelers into this dreadful dump. Being in such a prime location, there's just no excuse to be so trifling. Totally overpriced and a complete rip off. All I can do at this point is warn others. If I can say one positive thing it's that the front desk staff was pleasant and kind. Thats about it.

It wasn’t all bad so I’m gonna start off positive, nice location everything is nearby, place is secure I felt safe. When I first checked in the place wasn’t clean, heavy dust on walls and furnitures, some deep cleaning needs to be done. Housekeepers came daily I had to pay per night for that when I was checking in. Place needs improvement and for heavens sake a bigger screen tv, tv so small I didn’t watch it once. Staff nice and courteous. I would stay again, providing that some improvement is done…
