「Daily housekeeping and location is the only good part of my stay. There was a huge dead roach in the bedroom and the apartment left a lot to be desired. Furniture were broken, the bedroom was the only air conditioned place in the whole apartment. There’s a lot more I could say but I’d rather not. Some staff was nice others looked like they were being bothered. Will not go back」

「I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
