「we booked 2 apts for 4 of us, but one apt had 4 beds !, so no need for 2nd apt , which worked in our favour as 2 adults and 2 kids, only aircon in bedroom worked, fans and aircon in other rooms didn't work, bathroom was grime, kitchen was worse. really unpleasant stay, but it wasn't advertised as a great place so expectations were low anyway. also balcony door didn't lock which being in Jamaica was a concern, especially as we were told to avoid one entrance due to safety concerns.」

「I have been to Jamaica 7 times and this was the first time I was disappointed. The pictures are well done because I got lodging fished. It has potential, needs some TLC and friendlier staff. I was locked inside (INSIDE) my room from the outside. I asked several people walking by to get help and alas one did pass my message of being trapped in the room to the front desk lady. Once she arrived she continued to try to unlock the door despite me stating there is obviously another lock we don't...

We struggled to find accommodation so last minute, which cost us a lot more money than it would’ve been. 」
