"​This hotel is amazing! What makes it extra special is how hard the staff work to keep things running smoothly. From stepping off the bus, you’re greeted with warm smiles. Truly a slice of paradise! The food never misses—loved the Jamaican dishes like ackee & saltfish, brown stew chicken, ground provisions, and escovitch snapper. Entertainment was 10/10 every night, especially Wednesday’s Jamaican dinner and fire show. The hotel is extremely clean. Only feedback: a luggage bench in the room would be great so you don't have to keep bending down to the floor. ​The staff make you feel like family! Special shout-out to: ​Byron: Took care of our bags, showed us around, and always greeted us (and remembered my birthday!). 10/10 ​Philicia: Served us at the grill with a big smile and amazing service. She went above and beyond! ​Nathan: Overnight chef at the grill. Made the best escovitch snapper burgers, was great to talk to, and held it down. Big up yourself, Nathan! ​Weyonia: Outdoor bar bartender. Checked on us, made amazing drinks, and always asked how our stay was. 10/10 ​Sanjay: Whether at the piano bar, main bar, or nightclub, he made the best drinks and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. He made a lasting impression and truly made us feel like family. ​All in all, 10/10. All 8 days were filled with relaxation and great interactions with the amazing staff. We will definitely be back!"

"The room was nice and breakfast was good. Didn’t use most of the amenities, but I did go to the beach every day I was there. There is supposed to be a shuttle, however it was mostly unavailable. I walked to and from the beach most of my stay which was about 20 mins each way. On one occasion I called for pick up about a hour ahead of time and asked if the driver could pick me up. I was told “I hope so.” The private beach itself is just “okay.” If you’re looking to do any beach activities, this isn’t the hotel for you as they don’t offer any. The bar isn’t really stocked and there’s no bar tender but they do have beer. Overall, I liked the hotel and the unavailability of the beach shuttle was my only complaint."

"A budget hotel that has nice views of the ocean. If you looking for somewhere that has a view then this is perfect. The property could be updated. I believe if they just change the tiling and apply some paint with minor art work and murals that place would be perfect. For now tho if you are on a budget then this is the place."
