"Everything was great. We stayed in a Privilege room. Was told mini bar would be restocked daily, however it was not. We had to ask for it to be restocked and some days no one ever came to do that. Also, housekeeping came by one evening around 8:00pm and another night at 9:23pm after coming earlier in the day after we told them we didn’t need any housekeeping that day. Luckily we were not asleep. "

"The beaches and pools were lovely. The food was above average for an all inclusive. We loved the lobster house and spice hibachi, which needed a reservation. The staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were updated and clean. Overall I would recommend this resort and I would book with excellence again. "
