"We loved everything about the hotel. The only thing is the carts around the halls where too laugh the tires in the floor late night and very early. Other thar that I'm in love of bahia principe hotel!!!"

"Staff was very friendly and management checked in on us. The only problem we had was all week our room kept getting skipped over for a cleaning. Our dirty towels were towering. We did have the green button on for “open” instead of the red but somehow we were overlooked. We got towels right away when I called and management was willing to help. Overall very clean, quiet, good food, and entertainment was nice. Best part was the ocean and the private beach where you didn’t have to worry about leaving your items by your beach chair and walking away. We loved it!! "
