Our recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately far from what we expected, especially given the price point. Right from the start, things were off. When we arrived, there was no warm welcome or even a basic introduction to the amenities or layout of the facility. We were left to figure everything out on our own, which felt unprofessional and uninviting.
The food at the hotel was another major letdown. The quality was poor, lacking both flavor and variety. Most meals felt like they came from a cafeteria rather than a resort.
In terms of in-room amenities, the hotel only provided two small bottles of water and two local beers per day in the refrigerator. That’s it. For a hotel that presents itself as a premium destination, this felt incredibly stingy and inconvenient, especially in a hot climate where staying hydrated is important.
We were so disappointed with the overall experience—poor food, lack of service, and subpar amenities—that we decided to cut our trip short and head home early. That says it all.
