Breakfast and lunch buffet had a lot of local food and it was delicious

Had a great time at this resort. Staff were friendly. The welcome was overwhelming. The food there was pretty good. Entertainment was pretty good as well.

Good afternoon, To whom it may concern. I was recently booked and stayed Aug 3rd-8th at Ocean Coral Spring Hotel. This was my second stay and unfortunately a disappointment. My first visit was in summer 2023 where my stay with child was an amazing well satisfying trip, as she requested another stay. I was placed in room 2301 and upon entering the room an immediate foul odor was present. After a tremendously delayed flight our arrival time 11am turned into 9pm. We were extremely lethargic and needed rest, therefore the smell was not reported. The stench was so malodorous coming from the shower drain the next day, I decided to make an official report, however, my husband being the humble person suggested to report it when checking out in four days. The second day the smell was so unbearable, the front desk was notified and a request was made for room cleaning; request was delivered and the room smelled a bit more appropriate. The 3rd day the smell coming from the shower drain was so stench my child was livid. Again my spouse did not allow me to appropriately handle this matter urgently as I’m sure he knew how I would have handled it also the fact we would leave the resort into to city and spend the majority of our days by the beach or pool and only to go in at evenings to shower and be back out again for dinner, he felt it was appropriate to report on checkout. Our concerns were directed to a young lady at the front desk at check day who reassured us the matter will be rep
