「I stay at this hotel at least once a month however, this particular time we had ants infested in my room. Went to the front desk and the situation was rectified immediately. We were upgraded to a suite. They apologized continuously and made sure that we were good. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. The last experience with a staff member was very rude but didn’t see her this time around. Overall experience is great.」

Not sure if it was just my room, but the bed sheets and room itself was nice; however, the bottom walls were warped from water damage, the floors near the bed leading to the bathroom stayed wet even after wiping four times. 「Staff was wonderful, especially the woman making breakfast for everyone, but the hotel needs some repairs and TLC (not staff's fault). There was no remote control in the room and no way to get one, the in-room coffee maker didn't work, and the sheets and pillows smelled bad like they weren't clean. The lobby restroom was also really dirty. The prepaid breakfast was $17, but when I saw the bill before mentioning I'd paid for breakfast in advance, it was $5-6 less, which didn't seem right.
