"Hotel smell like cigarettes and drugs. Everything was dirty, peeling, broken, worn down, gross, and very, very cheap (not affordable but faulty). The first room the tv did not work, so they switched me to another room, tv glitched out constantly but I was too tired to move again. The door on the new room had a 2x4 poorly installed behind the door hinges, the door had obviously been kicked down previously. Staff was rude and miserable. First room you could open the window all the way with no screen, like you could fall out. Wretched place. Should be condemned."

"This was one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at in a major city and i was surprised at house spacious the rooms were. The history of the building is well respected. The price was incredible. It really seemed like a luxury experience without the price tag. It wasnt worth taking it down a star, but there was a screw up with their menu for b&o which sent me to grub hub, they don't use grub hub. Also the TV was glitchy. But i don't normally watch TV on trips and the B&O restaurant went over and beyond making things right for me."

"The rooms were nice, but there was a complete lack of amenities. I stayed at a cheaper hotel, and we received better amenities. The shoppette had a terrible selection, and the drinks were barely stocked. You pay double for parking compared to local parking garages among other things . I feel like for the location, name. And expectation the experience could have been way better. There were cheap blankets, sink was clogged, shower floor was stained and the elevator was very dirty. "

"Overall had a good three-night stay. Room was spacious and had a mini-fridge, microwave, and in room safe which are all good things. Hallways were quiet at night although there was outside noise (sirens) in the early evenings but that is to be expected in a dense urban area. Unfortunately, the hotel wifi signal in my room was not that great but there was a signal so strength may depend on where one is located. Lots of food options both inside and the immediate area around the hotel. Also is near a light rail line that goes to BWI. Bathroom was definitely older vs the rest of the room, but it served its purpose well for my needs. Only real issue I had was that my room only had one small trash can in the bathroom. Really should have been 2 or 3 cans in there but I had a large paper bag to compensate. Room also could have used one more lamp to brighten things up more but that is just personal preference. Did not have any encounters of the paranormal variety if that means anything. "
