The hotel was priced just right for the 4th of July holiday weekend and we were able to access all the amenities easily. The staff was helpful and provided guidance on the most efficient way to utilize all amenities and made certain we understood the needs to have a successful stay. Parking was not easily accessible and quite pricey, but we made do of what was available. Overall, the stay was excellent.

Excellent historic hotel still very elegant- like a time trip back in time, amazing public areas with modern rooms. Had a very enjoyable three nights very close to all downtown/inner harbor venues, don't venture any further west or north without need- the city is in decay but not the hotel... Thanks for saving this gem from the past for me to enjoy today. Be sure to slowly stroll the lobby and mezzanine levels mid-late evening and take in the history.

We were in Baltimore for a Cubs vs Orioles game. The hotel is an easy 10 min walk to the ballpark and even closer to the Inner Harbor. The hotel has a neat little bistro where we grabbed coffee and banana nut muffins (although they have full breakfast options). Walk in and step back in time, it’s lovely. A good bar in the rear, a piano in the center, and a theater within where you could catch a magic or comedy show.
