「This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater. It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. The apartment was SPACIOUS!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the open living room/kitchen concept was nice. There was a washer/dryer and plenty of dishes to use. 「Property was very nice and clean. Only down fall was the sat night around 11 way into 5 a.m. there were ppl running up and down the stairs and punching the codes in our door trying to get into our room. They were smoking and set off the alarm. Hall ways smelled lot pot. We didn’t rest at all.」

「This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

「Andre’ was very nice! The home has some stunning features and in a quiet neighborhood. Pros:Pet friendly, beautiful artwork in the home, very nice furniture throughout the home. We felt safe with our little family and dog walking in the neighborhood. There is very little grass at this property, but plenty of sidewalks to walk dogs with grass. 「The house is very clean and the Location is close to DC monuments and the White House, but the neighborhood is one in which you have to be cautious about. All in all, we had a great time.The property manager, Mr Yonas is very good at responding to questions and our every need!」
