「Clean. Very close to Inner Harbor. Was described as having Wi-Fi, but didn't have it. TV didn't work because of no Wi-Fi. No ice maker and no ice forms to make ice. The furnishing and set up of the pictured appartment does not match the actual place. Upon check in I sent a message to host with a question, but never got a response. 」

「Condo was comfortable in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to restaurants, stores and major highways. Listing says it has a dishwasher but it wasn’t working & wasn’t told it was out of order. Several light bulbs weren’t working so interior was somewhat dark. If you plan to use the grill you need to bring grill utensils and cleaning utensils, Be prepared to walk at least 200 yards to reach your vehicle because unmarked parking spaces are at a premium. 」

「We drove 10 hrs to take my father to an Orioles game to full fill his bucket list to find out after the game and checking into our condo someone was already in there staying because it was already booked out for the weekend. I had to call and talk to someone for over an hour to find out that they couldn’t help but tell me I should be getting a refund. They said I had to find my own stay somewhere else at 10:20pm. "Most of staffs work properly but room making system and person who handle this part is terrible. Even I asked to clean and make room everyday, they do only half of the day while I stayed. I strongly ask some refund of this bad service."
