"Overall, the hotel is very nice. Beautiful interior and staff was exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. I upgraded to an Alexander room last minute and was disappointed to find that the carpet and furniture in the room was riddled with stains. It was disgusting and for the price being charged for a suite that should be a non issue. "

"I stayed in one of the rooms that had a river view. The view was truly amazing since the glass was the entire back wall of the room (top to bottom; side to side). "
