For starters the service was quite bad, in 3 days they never made the room, no soap on the shower, the room was "fully" automated but the iPad control was extremely slow and a pain to use, I had to use my phone to watch TV because the selection of channels was very limited and, finally, the food in the restaurant was plainly bad, not to mention that they had cold sandwiches and the food toaster didn't work The hotel claims that you're saving the world by staying with them, but they charge as much as a "full service" hotel! Oh by the way, if you want a 2 hour late check-out, you have to pay over $80!!!
