"We got a free upgrade that was nice, it included a kitchen in the room. However the there was food in the fridge and freezer from the prior guests. Parking was overpriced at $50 a day but it is in a garage that was easily accessible. No ice machines, but the front desk was kind enough to bring us a bag of ice. Fraternities are also nearby so you have that to deal with as well Overall was a fine stay. Wouldn’t recommend for the price - could have stayed closer to activities for $100 cheaper when I looked during our stay"

"The hotel was advertising daily housekeeping but when I got there I was given a card saying they only clean on the third night. They also made me pay almost $7 for bottled water and had no other water options available. The staff was nice but I had to look twice to make sure I was lodging at a marriott. My points were not added until I reminded them at check out and even then, they only applied 2 of the 4 days that I stayed."

"I’m disgusted. I needed a two day stay on a really short notice, and the pricing was okay. The pics are not up to date or representative of what I saw. Every surface (sink, countertop, desk, headboard, baseboards) was chipped or cracked. 3 small sofa pillows laid across the king sized bed. The tv was a flat screen from 2006 with no WiFi connection, and only basic cable. MY SINK WOULD NOT DRAIN. I asked on my second day of when they cleaned my room (room 118) if they could make sure to clear it. I left at 9 am and returned at 4:30. No one came to clean. I waited and No one ever came. I’m surprised I could even sleep there. The staff were not friendly and did not care that the place was falling apart. It was on par with the pricing of other motels, but I’m confident the place would not pass industry inspection. The worst part was my room had an adjoining door so thin I felt like I had roommates. When they came in twice while I was sleeping, it felt like someone was breaking into my room. I’m not a snob. I’ve stayed in 70-100 dollar a night rooms, and have been perfectly fine. I do not need luxury amenities, but this place was absolutely disgusting. At least make the bed and give me a fresh towel! At least address the flooding sink! Never again. How do you hold $100 for incidentals when every feature of the room was falling apart? I can’t wait to get home to shower, that is how disgusting I feel. Every staff member avoided eye contact, because they know how poor the place is."

"Check-in felt very rushed and we were given a room between the electrical closet and the "telephone" room. We were charged $200 for "amenities" with no explanation of what those were and when a $70 charge appeared on my credit card, I was told it was for the Amenities like Water in the room (which is not even Spring Water), premium WiFi (which had warnings of it being very insecure so I did not use it) and a complimentary Cocktail (who knew??). $35/day for "Amenities" was not worth it. On the positive side... the hotel is attractive, the restaurant is nice and the location great"
