「The house was exactly what my family needed when we needed it. Location was perfect. Comfortable and spacious for my family. Kitchen was fully equipped and had coffee as well. Evolve was accommodating and flexible, responding quickly to inquiries.」

「The location is amazing and just what I was looking for. The home is quirky, though. Nice light fixtures but several can't be turned on because the wall switches are damaged so there are no lights in the kitchen. There are 3 bathrooms (yay) and the 2nd and 3rd floor ones are recently updated. The one on the first floor is tucked away off the kitchen and has a toilet and a shower but no sink.For the price and location, I would recommend this house as long as you are ok with some quirks.」

「This home is lovely, quiet, clean and very comfortable. The bed and linens are great - I actually looked forward to getting into them each night. The kitchen amenities of coffee, sugar, creamer are very welcome in the morning. There is virtually no noise from the family upstairs. There was always a parking spot right by the home. Plenty of walkway lighting. The only note for the host is perhaps to add lighting at the bottom of the steps leading to the entrance which is dark at night. I...
