"I cant say enough good things about our stay. Check in is done virtually but someone is there to help, it was not difficult at all. The tablet to controsl your room was super easy to use. Breakfast every morning was wonderful and the food at the bar was good as well. Room is on the small side that didn't bother us at all we liked it. View from the roof top bar is nice, and the location is awesome its so close to everything. We road the metro alot , metro station was very close and we always felt safe in the area even late at night. The costumer service is exceptional. If we ever go back to DC area or anywhere there is a citizen M we will definitely stay."
