Apartments in Georgia Ave. Petworth Station for Rent

"Great place! 20 minutes from the National Mall and museums. Loved the fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play. Also close to other neighborhoods for relaxing after walking all day! 10/10 recommend! "

"Great place, beds remarkably comfortable! Quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed. Heating worked well. Parking easy. Safe and great location!"

"We had a wonderful stay here, the apartment was very comfortable and you can't beat the convenience of having a parking space plus a short walk to the metro."

"Great unit near American University. Very clean and spacious, large living room area with a couch and small washer/dryer within the unit, along with a kitchenette, and has a separate bedroom. Appreciated the host provided a couple of bottles of water complementary. Only things to note are the bathroom is very small, toilet comes right up to the shower area (no bathtub), and lighting could be better in the bedroom. Location is great, safe area and about half mile from Tenleytown/AU metro."

"Great ambiance, superb location, comfortable beds, excellent communication with host!"

"The host was nice and accommodating. The place was clean and a perfect size for a couple. "

"Perfect location. Close to the Van Ness metro which facilitated lots of adventures throughout the city. Rod was helpful, personable, and very prompt with communication."

"Great option to stay just outside of busy Washington DC!"

"Basement apartment with bugs and rats. Would not come back here. There is a family that lives upstairs and you can hear them like they’re in the same apartment as you."

"This place was the perfect location for visiting a friend in the DC area. It was clean, had all the amenities listed plus other supplies we didn’t think to bring for the weekend. Our host Kelly and her husband were kind and checked on us to make sure we had all we needed. I would definitely book here."
