「部屋が綺麗でとても広く、窓も大きいので明るい。バスルームも二つあってとても便利だった。追加ベットを頼んだら無料でエアーベットを用意してくれていた。キッチン用品も充実している。WiFiの繋がりも良かった。 スミソニアン博物館に行きたかったので近くて良かった。付近にはレストランも沢山あるし、アパートの下には小さいけれどスーパーがあったので飲み物等購入できた。チェックイン前に送られてくるメールに部屋番号が記載されていて、それを受付で見せると鍵がもらえる。メールでの返事がなかなかこないので、何か質問等ある場合は直接電話をしなければならなかった為多少英語が話せるならとても良いところだと思う。」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Tom's historic garden apartment. The space was clean, well stocked with essentials like towels and linens, and was very conveniently located to the metro, the National Mall area, as well as great restaurants. A bonus was the relative quietness of the space itself; sound from street traffic was minimal. We hope to enjoy this space again on our next trip to DC!」

「Smokey. Smoke from hall is in the beds and carpets of this unit. on lower income floor which is not supposed to be used for vacation rentals with neighbors who are extremely loud and smoke. Pillows were brown and crusty.TVs were slapped on the wall with plastic and mounted so poorly on touch and they fall. Lucky nobody was hurt.If I could get my money back, I think it would be deserved. Stains on the beds sheets. Broken mirror in bathroom.Collasping IKEA bed frame.I could go on.Don't bother with...
