「Parking is an issue since there’s on street parking meters on the street. They do offer garage parking a block away but you must park by 10pm for $40 which was not convenient since we were there for a fashion show and wanted to go out for dinner. Armand was very sweet and helpful and offered us to park on the street to avoid a parking ticket.. but know parking is free on the street from 10pm - 7am so you must pay every two hours which was only $5 for 2hrs.」

「easy to go to walter. E hall」

「Great location, wonderful host. We will be back.」

「It was a clean, comfortable space in a residential area, just blocks from downtown. We prepared some of our meals there in the kitchen and enjoyed some of the restaurants a couple of blocks away.」

「Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay.」

「We really enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic, with easy access to many of DC’s major attractions, as well as nearby stores and shops that made everything super convenient. It was a great home base for exploring the city! The only disappointments were that the coffee maker was broken when we arrived and the microwave was unfortunately unusable. However, we really appreciated how quickly the host responded and arranged to have the coffee maker replaced during our stay. Communication...
