Teri's place was everything I needed while training in Silver Spring. There were clear instructions, it was clean and comfortable and I appreciated the easy on-street parking. Teri was readily available when I had a question and I appreciate that she reached out for feedback to find out what details might be addressed to ensure comfort for future guests.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. This stay had plenty of space for my husband and I, who stayed there comfortably for four days. Fort Totten metro station is about a 15 min walk from the vrbo and has both red and green lines, which took us most of the places we needed to go. We do suggest bringing some water proof shoes and umbrellas though, in case you need to walk to the metro on a day when it's raining.

I had a great stay here! Teri was nice and communicative, and it would be almost impossible to find a similar place at such a great price!- Positives: great/safe location, easy access to public transit (nearest bus pick-up 5 minute walk; nearest train station 15 minute walk), and Teri provided some drinks and snacks!- Negatives: bathroom was tight and the property could use some updates.Overall, I had a great stay here and I would recommend this property.

The property is a good 15 minute walk to the Metro Train Station. A straight walk right to the train station. The neighborhood is safe and street parking was available right by the property. The price point is excellent and the property is convenient for 2 people to stay in. All convenience is there if you want to buy groceries and cook for yourself and your guests.

This location was perfect for a week in the city. 5 min walk to a bus stop and a quick ride to the metro, bike path nearby too for metro. Very clean space that was perfect and had everything I needed! The host even provided a few snacks and drinks which was really nice. Pillows could have been more poofy but that's just my preference. I didn't cook but there was a nice full kitchen available. Neighborhood felt safe as well, I was out and about both day and night and felt ok. I would consider staying here again in the future!

Very convenient to all sites in Washington DC. On street parking was always available. When it was warm, we were able to get cool. When it was cold, we were warm. The unit was clean except for the refrigerater drawer and the throw rugs need to go away. We were comfortable and felt safe. The neighbors were friendly also. No real complaints that matter. Good experience.
