清潔なホテルで、スタッフの対応もよく、問題ありませんでした。 Dupon Circleの地下鉄の駅の北側出口から徒歩10分弱、バス停も徒歩２分くらいのところにあり、便利です。

Old, creaky, toilet ran entire time I was there, when I checked in the lady put me in someone else’s room. I found that out by using my key to get in and walking into a half naked woman!

Be aware that random amounts will be taken from your account that the card you use for incidentals is associated with. I was not informed at any time that this would occur and the amounts taken out, three times, had a major impact on my trip as I had budgeted and did not anticipate I would have all these debits that would mean I could not afford to eat and had to skip a planned excursion. I was told the amounts were usually small but again was NEVER told the debits would occur. I have been trying to resolve this for close to a week now with an email having been sent, two voicemail being left but no one has responded to let me know how this would be resolved. The hotel is in a nice part of town, a quick drive to most “tourist” locations, the room was very nice and spacious, the on site restaurant was nice as well but having money taken from your account that has a significant impact on your trip, that you were not told would occur would be the biggest drawback for this hotel along with being informed as to when you’d have the funds returned which hasn’t occurred as of this writing.

Something’s missing; stayed here several times in the past and this time there some disappointments. Ripped wallpaper, one garbage can , minimal towels. Front desk was fine, but interaction with guests was lacking. Love the location, but increase in room rates and add ons may force us to look elsewhere.

AC went out first night and was miserable no discount offered, you can hear street traffic and people just talking in the hall. Never got our bottle of complimentary wine. Front desk staff was great but would not stay again

Expedia did not mention an extra $30/day “historic hotel fee”. The property is nice, even if a little bit “tired”. Staff was excellent - from front desk to housekeeping. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Lets talk about the good stuff. Front desk staff checked us in early for a fee. Which was very convenient as we had a over night flight and kids were tired. Bed was clean. We had clean towels for both 2 days. They kept our lugguage even after we checked out coz out flight was at 6pm. Now lets talk abt the other stuff. The AC unit was making sooo much noise. I called the front desk and they send a maintenance guy over. He pressed some buttons on the AC setting, the noise got a little better but than it started again as soon as he left. I had to switch off the AC for both nights and it was hot in the room its extremely hot in DC. And there was a little door at the bottom of the bathroom which was not closing all the way. I kept on kicking it to close it. Did not wanted my kids to run into it hurting them. The property seems old. Closet door dont close all the way. The carpet smells really bad. I am a frequent traveller with 2 kids and i do notice these things. Overrall if i want to visit DC again. I will choose some other hotel. Thanks for the stay.
