「We came for the weekend to go to a concert at M & T Bank Stadium. The location was perfect! It took about 10 minutes to walk to the stadium. It’s also walkable to many restaurants. The unit itself was super cute!! Communication with our host was easy and any questions we had were answered in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay here again!」

「Im 100% sure this was a scam. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to...

「Horrible experience !!! The property didnot sent any reminder email to us, eventhough we transferred 5 nights advance money to property via expedia, while we missed to contact them 72 hr before. When we reached the front desk on the day of booking, we came to know that the property is rebooked by other party and we have to book another hotel in hurry. Surprisely, when we asked about refund, property owner refused to give us any refund of 5 nights mentioning that "why we missed to contact them 72...

「I was not allowed entrance to the apartments. He claimed there was a burst pipe. He also claimed he'd put in for a refund for me, but he consistently did not take hotels.com's calls. I have written proof of all this, and then he blocked me from communications. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I was there for a convention with no rental car. All places were booked. I was left STRANDED. I had to book a place near the airport and rent a car. It cost me hundreds of dollars in addition to the money I lost...

「Location was ideal for our visit to watch the Phillies play the Orioles. We literally had to walk down the street and cross the road to reach the ballpark - a literal 3 minute walk. Accommodations we're as advertised and more than adequate for our family of three. We would highly recommend!」

「The location of the apartment is in one of the more beautiful areas of Baltimore, and along with many of the other apartments and townhomes, has a very historic/antique feel to it. This little refurbished apartment was once a shop of some sort with the large bay windows and staging area for props or designs on display. This quaint studio dripped with old timey character and modern style. The area was neat and clean with minimal items to clutter and only essential items provided....

「I showed up with my family at 11pm and was told there was no room for us. I had already paid! I am now fighting for a refund. Unacceptable! We drove 6 hours! No one could give us any answers. Called and texted “property manager” who then told me to contact a different person. This other person told me she also had no say or power to check us in. Was then told to contact Hotels.com. Hotels.com couldn’t get a hold of person responsible for listing either!! We ultimately had to find and pay for a...

「When we first arrived it was dark outside and the neighborhood is very sketchy I did not realize that it was going to be street parking until the morning of arrival. It is in a very sketchy neighborhood at night time and we had to park two blocks away because there was a broke down truck that has been parked in front of the apartments the whole time. The whole apartment smells like marijuana every minute of the day as soon as you walked through the doors. The apartment was very well decorated...

「We had a wonderful stay at this place. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the place had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Leon was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy, and parking was convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for the great hospitality!」
