the executive suites are fantastic! Very large and spacious!! Bed was comfortable. Shower head pressure not the greatest but every other amenity was perfect. The Spa is the best!!! Food options are very tasty & plentiful at Alexandria's. Customer service was good throughout the hotel but the early morning staff who work the front desk should do better at greeting customers.

The hotel is beautiful and clean! My Suite had a kitchenette, pull-out sofa, King bed and balcony. The TV had many channels and streaming services to log-into. The bathroom had double sinks, a large shower with a bench and toilet in a separate room. Would definitely stay again!

Luxurious but not snooty

I always enjoy staying here. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious, but not snooty. The restaurant has delicious food and there is room service. Always a great place to reunite with friends and enjoy
