Yes, the staff never expressed care. I requested my room to be cleaned and was not on the list as the morning staff told me. My refrigerator did not work. Maintenance never came. Both, the room was not suitable for a stay and staff was not accommodating. We had to go to another hotel. Please refund our money, this has created hardship amad this business trip.

Nice area, and close to family in Laurel
I came to Elkridge to say my good byes to my Uncle and spent time with my cousin. But when i got to this hotel my room and the girl working that night well lets say i didn't want to leave. A mini apartment the room and the receptionist was the best
Friends enjoyed the time peaceful relaxing environment. Slepted well.
I love Columbia and think it’s a very nice quiet area. It has a Wholefoods market and a nice mall (Columbia mall) and the Wegmans is pretty nice
Wonderful area, plenty of shopping & dining options. I’m from WashDC, so somewhat familiar with surrounding areas, Was in Columbia to visit with an ill friend, not a vacation . .
