"Clean room but some things need consideration- the wooden shutters on the windows do not close easily, the shower exterior needs a deep clean"

"The room shown in the picture turned out to be different. The suite had an open-plan toilet without doors. I asked for another room, a discount, or a refund, but the hotel staff refused to cooperate. In the end, they offered a lower-category room, but without any discount or compensation for the inconvenience. The stay at the hotel was spoiled, which negatively affected my vacation."
