「The room was beautiful. The staff made extra efforts to decorate the room and make returning to the room special every time. The staff was amazing. Panda and Franklin really went out of their way to make our time the most fun. They are sweet and caring and always made sure we were happy. We also had Enrique as our butler and he as well made sure everything we needed was done. 」

「We had a swim up room and my adult kids had a regular room. They are both identical except for the swim up part. Both were very nice. This was my second time staying at the same resort. A few restaurants I did Not enjoy, but overall, food is excellent. We had VIP and the turn down service completely stopped half way through, but whatever. I’m easy going. I love This resort and I’ll go back again. Everyone is friendly. 」
