「Did not receive upgrade, my fault. I did not mention my Expedia status. I was later offered an upgrade. I was very happy with our room and declined upgrade. The staff was very help full and good natured, shout out to Benjamin. We love that you can stay out of the sun or rain most of the time due to the layout. The grounds are beautiful and lush. 「Everything was excellent. Food was much better than typical all inclusive. Beautiful facility, beach, and helpful staff. The room was a little musty (just that humid/island smell). You can get aromatherapy oils to burn from your butler. 」

「The resort overall was beautiful. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the swim ups. Service definitely had its ups and downs. I’m someone that doesn’t like to spend hours at dinner. It would sometimes take an hour and a half to complete dinner. Room service was very slow. Most people call this island time, I’m just more fast paced( taking away from pool time). Pool drink service was on point. 「We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time).
