「Booked in and couldn’t even book in for the spa as it was fully booked because of a wedding. No email sent suggesting I needed to book. I only wanted to use the sauna. Lots of other people complained about the same thing. 」

Everything was on the budget side of things. Clean beds and towels. It just needed a thorough spring clean. Random cutlery pots and pans were all mish mash and needed cleaning before use. But was passable - for one night. No complaints. 」

It had actually stained the floor. Sofas not fit for purpose more like something you would see in a waiting room where you don’t need to get comfy. Bedding felt grubby. Walls were dirty, carpet was filthy, toilet flush broken, bathroom sink was inaccessible with the door closed, the shower/bath was...

「We wanted somewhere to spend Christmas that was as stress free as possible & gave us the space needed for 14 people, ranging in ages from 3 - 83, plus 3 dogs. We got that & more in this house. It had everything we needed & we had a lovely Christmas.」
