「We had a single night's stay here on a Saturday night. They had 3 functions ongoing, with 2 of them relatively noisy. People outside our bedroom window chatting loudly until nearly midnight. Nothing wrong with people enjoying themselves but there should be advance warning and a discount if the hotel is really full with functions. 「We were welcomed very well the first time, but when we returned, the staff had completely changed. Our accommodation wasn't clean; there was dirt under the bed and lots of cobwebs on the ceiling. Furthermore, when they serviced our room the next day, the trash bins weren't even emptied.」
