「We stayed at the Pilsley Inn for one night to see Chatsworth on our way to Manchester. The pub food and service were great. We had 2 meals (dinner and breakfast) and both service and food were really very good. Servers and staff were attentive and hospitable. The location is also excellent. 「This is not a 4star hotel as described, it’s just a tired old pub that has some accommodation. The ‘deluxe’room that we had booked had stained carpets,sofa and cushions and was very basic. The two small bath towels and one hand towel provided were frayed. The menu is very basic in the pub. I had a pizza that was inedible as it tasted mouldy and looked horrible. 「Be aware that there is a £5 per night parking charge which, to be honest is just money making for the sake of it as no justification. Also best avoided for a family break due to every night we were there The outside tables were full of people drinking, being loud, foul mouthed and smoking. The first morning there was constant loud banging of doors for about 3 hours. The room was a decent size and reception staff were helpful when they are around. 「A really great traditional inn, great food, brilliant atmosphere and the staff couldn't be more helpful. The bonus of a private car park in Bakewell is a pearl beyond price, as parking, especially on market days is at a premium. I would have given the max stars had the room, which was OK had not been a little small ( it was named BAKEWELL). There you go.」

「ノッティンガムの中心部のごく近くにあります。一見するとホテルには見えないので、地図を見ながらでないとたどり着くのは難しいかと思います。かつ、注意事項に記載されている通り、15:00-22:00までしか受付けが開いていないため（文字通りホテル入り口のドアが施錠されており、デスクにも辿り着けません）、チェックイン時のみ要注意です。ちなみに、上記の時間外は電話もつながりませんでした。チェックインしてしまえば、ホテル入口の鍵も渡してもらえますし、緊急時の電話番号も教えてもらえるので安心です。ノッティンガム自体が治安が良いところなので特に問題ないとは思いますが、夜はホテル周辺に人通りはほとんどありません。 室内は非常におしゃれで、ホテルに泊まっていると言うより、ホームステイしている気分でした。ベーシックルームに泊まったため、お風呂場、トイレは別の部屋（ただし、共用ではなく完全プライベートです）、かつ空調はありませんでした。冬はつらいかも？アメニティは一般的なホテルと同様に用意されており、充分でした。」

「Had a one night stay with children.Rooms were spacious we had 2 family rooms Linnen was clean and fresh.Bathroom was clean all beit a bit dated. The staff make this place great everyone was very helpful nothing was too much trouble.We had dinner and breakfast and we were all coeliac they had options for choice The price was very budget friendly. Great budget stay in good location」

「Very attractive exterior with colourful hanging baskets and tubs - clearly well looked after. Food was extremely good, both dinner and breakfast offered a fantastic choice. My single ensuite was small but perfectly fine with an efficient shower, tea/coffee facilities and TV, although internet was prone to buffering. Would certainly go back again.」
