「Nice spacious room, excellent staff that helped us with zip line/atv trip in the jungle (transportation and booking excursion) and transportation to and from Belize and water taxi to San Pedro was also prearranged and seamless with reliable companies. Quiet resort perfect to decompress. Everyone friendly including guests. The right vibe to start the Belize trip.」

「We loved our stay at umaya. The beach is awesome. The whole pool area/chairs/dock and set up are awesome too. So great that you can also borrow Kayaks and paddle boards (which we did) to have morning paddles when the ocean is calmer. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff helpful and accommodating and the food at the hotel was good as well. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket (10 min drive) close to umaya without having to always make the drive...

「The room is very clean and nice with more than adequate space. The grounds are gorgeous, maintained beautifully, including the pool. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything is on site: restaurants, a bar, coffee shop, souvenir shop, snacks, a Gym and a Spa....you never have to leave the property for anything. 」
